Eco Outdoor Rug

Eco is a collection of outdoor rugs designed by Elena Sanguankeo for Gervasoni. Made entirely of polypropylene and jute yarn. Available in three colour variants green, white and natural.

The Italian-Thai designer has applied her experience in the fashion industry to the industrial manufacturing of rugs, wisely combining the knowledge of materials with texture and yarn processing techniques.

Eco rugs have been previously designed and manufactured with manual flying shuttle looms and subsequently weaved using an industrial loom to create a handcrafted effect.

The Eco rug is available in three versions Green, orangle-blue bouclé with a turquoise-green melange webbing; White, rope-coloured bouclé with a white melange webbing; Natural, yellow bouclé and periwinkle blue with an earth-coloured melange webbing. The materials used, jute and polypropylene are suitable for outdoor use and resistant to water.
