Tropicalia Daybed is a steel sofa and multicolored wire mesh made by Patricia Urquiola for Moroso.
The steel tubular structure of the Antibodi project becomes the slider on which the designer, through a creative make-up, laughs on the frame, transforms it by taking on different personalities depending on the material used. The wire rope is similar to a pencil shot, it marks a surface that is both graphic and structural at the same time, it becomes a constructive gesture and an identity playful with the plastic of twined or three-color cord, refined if monochromatic, elegant with the leather.
Red painted steel structure RAL 3020 and multicolor technopolymer wire strand. The Day bed mattress is made of expanded polyurethane suitable for outdoor use; the pillows are made of polyester fiber for outdoor use. The collection comes with pillows.
